Miles Mason 
Simple loop handles,  set near the top rim, with a flat-topped thumb rest on top.  Finely potted with even wall thickness and bottom flat inside .  Miles Mason also made cups with an inner spur. More details on Miles Mason Page.

Factory Z types
Simple loop handles in 2 types,  with a gently pointed thumb rest on top.  Type-1 is more generous, wider and looks pointed from the side but less pointed at 90o to this. Type-2 is less generous, narrower and can look pointed from both directions. Finely potted in very white bone-china with even wall thickness and bottom flat inside .  See also Spode-type handles, Ridgeway-type, and Factory Z page.
